- Endless Work – Since they have the perks of doing their jobs from home with no restrictions on office hours, they might endlessly do the same. They may be expected to be available all the time.
III. How to increase work from home productivity?
Taking out some time over the weekend to plan for the coming week, preparing a to-do list of what is intended to be done the next day. Starting a day with a plan helps a person be productive.
Working remotely means we have the flexibility to work from home or any other place, it eliminates the commute time or other distractions at work yet it is very easy to get exhausted and overworked therefore we should do manage our time accordingly by timekeeping, it is important to take break it helps us feel re-energized.
Workspaces should be close to light say about near a window having an adequate amount of light in the workspace and the benefit here is that during the night time one does not stress the eyes too much.
The proper amount of sleep, about good 7-8 hours at night can really boost the level of productivity. Re-energizing and getting a night of good sleep is really important for mental health, also helps to stay focused and relaxed and not be too stressed.
