Recently the bank had set up new principles wherein a lady up-and-comer with over 90 days pregnancy will be thought of “briefly unsuitable” and must be selected inside four months after conveyance.
For enlistment, it said, the approach will be powerful from the date of endorsement 21 December 2021. The changed guidelines in regard of advancement will be pertinent with impact from 1 April 2022, it said.
