Senior ability proficient Shraddhanjali Rao has joined Google as its head of HR for India market.
In a LinkedIn post, Rao, who joined the web crawler behemoth from SAP India where she was VP – HR, said she was “roused by the chance to contact a billion lives and at last make the world a superior spot through information and tech”.
Rao is a HR chief with broad involvement with creating and executing HR system for building elite execution associations across geologies. Her areas of interest and ability incorporate key HR business banding together, leader training, change the board, progression the executives, and corporate administration.
She joined SAP as partner chief, HR, in 2007 and consistently rose to lead its HR work for India in 2017, a job she held for a long time.
Rao joined Tata Consultancy Services, India’s biggest programming administrations exporter, in 2004 in the wake of finishing her MBA in HR and Marketing from T.A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal.
