“Senior Games Producer/ Project Manager”
Job Description :-
● Will be responsible for the existing and/or new games in development which includes delegating tasks to a team of animators, analysts, creative writers, designers, programmers &
2D/3D artists.
● Will be doing market studies of competitive games & continuously improving our games.
● Preference for game producers who have domain experience in high trending games.
● Ideating & presenting deep & innovative ideas for new games, new features & oversee the project.
● Manage the production of incredibly compelling, high-quality games.
● Work with executive management team to craft vision of the titles & to develop schedules/deadlines & resource requirements to ensure achievement of vision.
● Initiate & track all production processes through direct management of team leads (art, design, development, QA)
● Ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding quality of work in accordance with predefined project schedule.
● Work with QA to triage game issues.
● Assume the role of representing mobile projects internally & externally.
● Contribute to improving the quality of our games, the productivity of our teams and the efficiency
of our processes.
● Be the owner of the GDD and closely monitor art, animation quality to ensure perfection and smooth user experience.
Education :-
● UG:B.Tech/B.E. – Computers.
● A degree in Game Design / Fine Arts / Creative field would be an important asset.
Requirements :-
● 5+ years experience as a Producer in the games industry.
● 10+ years of experience in operations of entire Game production.
● Shipped at least 3 games on Play Store/App Store with a complete understanding of the end-to-
end production cycle.
