Through the mass quit rates of The Great Resignation, many employers still struggle to fill open jobs. As a result, employers have focused on developing their current employee base.

This includes enlightening employees on the scope of their employers’ responsibilities concerning allegations, investigations and elimination of workplace sexual harassment.
